Kilkenny mourns All-Ireland winner Harry Ryan

The death has taken place of Kilkenny All-Ireland winner Harry Ryan.

Clara GAA paid tribute to the 1983 All-Ireland winner, who also won two leagues and three Leinster titles, as well as being part of the side that lost the 1987 side that lost out to Galway. He captained Kilkenny to the All-Ireland MHC title in 1975.

His passing comes just months after his brother Lester died tragically earlier this year.

Ar dheis Dé go raibh a anam dílis.
